We are a multispecialty clinic that offers both ABA and mental health services. For mental health, we use numerous assessments in order to effectively serve our clients. I am unable to use the current features in Hi Rasmus. I need to be able to add an assessment tool that allows clients to select answers. The answers should have corresponding totals so we can measure the behavior or condition to support diagnosing and behavior tracking.
